These youth shoulder pads are also equipped with the EPA registered AEGIS anti-microbial technology. AEGIS uses negatively charged anti-microbial particles to help shield you from bacteria, fungus, germs and mold. Schutt has equipped this shoulder pad with elastic bands allowing for more flexibility and an easier and more secure fit on a wider variety of youth players.
